Tour Details
Day 1: Welcome to Tanzania!
After landing, you will be greeted by a representative and transferred to your centrally located hotel. If time permits, you can explore the city of Arusha or visit a local farm or market. Tonight, you’ll have dinner at your hotel located in Arusha.
Day 2: Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, depart towards the most famous National Park in the World, the Serengeti. The driving itself, although long, is spectacular. You will drive up the crater highlands, making a quick stop at the rim for an out of this world view of Ngorongoro Crater. This will be an unforgettable moment for anyone seeing it for the first time. As you progress well into the Serengeti, you will see why the name means, in local language, endless plains; The Park has 6,900 sq. mile (18,000 sq. km) and for most of it, the plains will stretch to the horizon defying your senses and perception of distances. It is the home of the Great Migration and to 2 million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of zebras and all kinds of antelopes including the abundant impalas and Thomson gazelles. As for Big Cats and large predators, it is the place of choice to look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, with many television scenes like the famous river crossings having been filmed in this park. Smaller animals like foxes, mongoose, honey badgers, jackals, monkeys, baboons, rock hyrax and African hares, together with more than 500 species of birds, also inhabit this park. In the evening you will depart to your hotel for your dinner.
Day 3: Serengeti National Park
Full day in the Serengeti National Park. We are completely flexible with your preferences and this day will be organized according to your wishes. On every day of the safari, your guide will discuss with you the best timings for you, including the game drives and the wake-up time. For example, on this day, you could do a morning game drive, return to the camp for lunch and relaxation and finish with an afternoon game drive, or you could do a full day game drive with picnic lunch. In the evening you will depart to your hotel for your dinner
Day 4: Serengeti To Ngorongoro
Today you will wake up very early to do an early morning safari before breakfast, to spot the animals when they are more active and also to have a fantastic sun rise in front of you. The sunrise in the African Savannah is one of the most beautiful experiences one can have. during the game drive you will have your lunch boxes, followed by a transfer to Ngorongoro, the 8th natural wonder of the world. With walls 2,000 ft high and a crater floor that spreads for 102 sq. miles, the crater is a virtual Noah’s Ark, inhabited by almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa including the rare black rhino. In fact, the crater has the greatest concentration of wild life in the planet. It contains a river, several swamps, a soda lake that, from the top, looks like steam, full of flamingos, a forest and open plains. The large bull elephants that reside here have extremely large tusk, due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses. They are the most incredible elephants you will ever see in your life. descend down to the crater floor for a day of wildlife viewing in one of the most incredible places on Earth. After a stop for a picnic lunch near the hippo lake, and more wildlife viewing in the afternoon, drive up the steep road out of the crater and return to Karatu for dinner and overnight there.
Day 5: Transfer From Karatu To Arusha Airport
According to the flight schedule you will wake up and then transfer to Arusha for flight at Arusha Airport for your trip awaiting in Zanzibar. You will be met on arrival in Zanzibar and driven to your accommodation where you will stay for the 2 nights. Here you will be taken at your accommodation.
Day 6: Zanzibar
Here you will spend most of your days at your own leisure but Zanzibar is full of activities that you can explore on your own! That includes classic Zanzibar tours like the Spice Tour and Stone Town Tour. There are also many Swahili culture experiences, like Zanzibar village tours. Not to mention Indian Ocean excursions to enjoy the nature and snorkel. All meals will be based on half board basis as you have options to change where to eat either during day or evening times.
Day 7: Zanzibar
Here you will spend most of your days at your own leisure but Zanzibar is full of activities that you can explore on your own! That includes classic Zanzibar tours like the Spice Tour and Stone Town Tour. There are also many Swahili culture experiences, like Zanzibar village tours. Not to mention Indian Ocean excursions to enjoy the nature and snorkel. All meals will be based on half board basis as you have options to change where to eat either during day or evening times.
Day 8: Transfer Back To Arusha
After breakfast, you will have time to pack and relax, then check-out at your Resort and transfer to the Airport for your flight back home. End of our services.
